Homelessness is a problem created by bad government policies and laws.

I wouldn't want my family to be responsible for me. Some families cannot even provide for themselves. What the government needs to do is provide more social programs and jobs for the helpless. Ive seen family members taken advantage of just trying to help. They need counseling to adjust themselves in society.
