    As long as the allocated work is delivered, organizations should refrain from imparting / enforcing culture & behaviors.
    Its very unfortunate that we are cought under few entrepreneures, who enforce their thoughts & beliefs on an employee.. in the name of culture. unfortunately their belief doesnt encourage / appreciate others beliefs / culture, desipte work done.
