I had luck finding insects at Gabe's ranch, both on top of his fences and under benches. I try to look around there once a day or so, just to see what shows up.

for others that are a bit away from Gabe, on the same river in this clip, check the trees near the garden centre, found dragonfly and butterflies there

There’s lots of birds and insects outside the lab too, on the trees and wires, just stand by the labs door and fly around the trees looking up and down, then you can go inside to submit critters and go back outside and repeat the process :)), I found all the birds in only two days after a LOT of struggle finding this spot😭

This game just keeps on getting better and better once you get the hang of all the mechanics. For anyone reading this, plug in your controller for bike riding if you can't steer with keyboard. Yeah I'm one of those that ends up in the bushes every.. single.. time 😂 😂 Thanks for the video Tina, once again super helpful😁

I agree!!! I play mostly with controller occasionally use mouse and keyboard for menu stuff. When I tried riding the bike with mouse and keyboard I was the same! The whole game works great with controller I think though! Anyway so glad I could help out! Building tips and tricks coming soon :)

Gabes fences ARE A GOLD MINE for birds and insects. Go there and just chill for a bit. Look on the fence posts. I found like 10 in 1 day!! I promise you'll find them!!
