Motivational Success Story Of Elvis Presley - From Poor Rejected Boy To The King of Rock and Roll
Elvis Presley, the "King of Rock and Roll" was extremely talented young man with a unique, beautiful, deep voice, but can you believe that not everyone saw his potential.
He grew up in a very poor family. His parents struggled financially. His father spent his days working many odd jobs and he was even sentenced to 3 years in prison for forging a $4 check to buy food. As a child, Elvis helped his mother pick cotton and did everything to help his parents who could barely make ends meet
For his 11th birthday His parents couldn't afford a bicycle that Elvis wanted, so they gave him a guitar instead. That's how he fell in love with music.
But Elvis was a very shy kid that was constantly teased by his classmates. He was an average student, who was quiet and an outsider. They would make fun of him for playing "country music". Did You know that Elvis Presley failed Music class. His music teacher told him he couldn't sing. She didn't see him as anything special and told him that he was only average and not very talented, and that he shouldn't be hoping for a music career.
She was wrong.
Not only Elvis Presley had an amazing career in music, but he became one of the most popular musicians of all time. He became The "King of Rock and Roll"
