I live in 16th Street Heights D.C. and I am a native Washingtonian. What I don't like about the newer luxury apartments in D.C., they're too small. Many of the older apartment buildings in D.C., particularly in upper Northwest built in the 20's, the rooms are large. However, I do like the Condo on Champlain Street, NW that you showed. The only thing I didn't like, there's no privacy with the second bedroom upstairs if people are having sex.😁 I wouldn't want be hearing me have wild sex or being naked.
I’m also moving in 25 from Central VA. If I’m going to pay what I’m paying now to live in a “luxury” crackerjack box where I can hear every single noise, and I’m tired of taking pictures of trees and birds, and I miss walking to places. Soon as my lease is up, I’m onward to DC.
Love your Real Estate tours. I would ask during your filming that you turn your camera slowly during your filming rotation movements. This is to avoid giving some of your viewers Vertigo or dizziness from rotating your camera movements to fast.
I’m not leaving a 2k bike anywhere but my apartment. I leave my bike anywhere but inside my house. Why is it not a good idea to have a bike inside? Hell, Jerry Seinfeld had a bike hanging on the wall. People are too caught up with aesthetics. Just live your life and be happy park the damn bike inside.
