It’s a pleasant and safe country, here are my 2 cents from experience and observation to help make your experience better: -Use UBER to move around and avoid yellow cabs unless they agree to use the meter otherwise you might get ripped off. -Don’t trust strangers who look suspicious or aren’t dressed well and people who approach tourists to offer help. -If you ever needed help don’t ask cab drivers or street vendors. Ask couples, families, or normal-looking people walking by, and they’ll be very helpful. -Don’t offer money in exchange, just a thank you is enough, as most locals will be offended by it. Only scammers will ask tourists for money.
