For one reason or another I followed the instructions but the screws did not allow me to remove the back casing.

It feels like if I pull too hard it'll break

Hi Beau, If you've removed all the screws, then you would be able to take the back casing upon applying pressure. If it stays stiff at any point, then once recheck if any screw is not completely unscrewed.

@@axelfox88 Yo, it might be too late, but I'm still going to answer. Other people are maybe suffering on the same problem.
There are 3 Screws for the keyboard. Two are shown in the video, but one was still not revealed. I figured out that the first screw is located next to the fan. There is also a sign with a little keyboard. Just look for a black screw near the fan.
