Thanks for coming out guys! I think one thing is for sure, I need to start selling some more cars and buying more watches. I’m still thinking about all those stunning pieces you brought out!
This is awesome ❤
Love the cars! The yacht-master is gorgeous. I think a Daytona would be a nice next step in the watch game…or if you wanted to go in a different direction it’s hard to go wrong with almost any AP Royal Oak, esp a 15300.
Heavy metal all around! Fun episode guys!
I’ve watched JR GARAGE for many years so this was cool to see - 5712 in rose is just so damn good
I was hoping for a wrist check from you and Ryan too as well as a cayman check! lol
Great vid!
Hi guys! You are incredibly cool! With great greetings to you Marat St. Petersburg, Russia!👍
A two-tone sub was my first luxury watch buy. Bought it at a jeweler's boutique back in 1998. It was a hot summer Saturday in Virginia and I had just finished washing my mint MB 300D turbodiesel (silver exterior with dark blue interior)...I was in T-shirt, shorts and flip flops...sweaty & dirty from cleaning those classic alloy (bottlecap) rims. Decided to take a break and dry off the car with a short drive to the air conditioned mall; buying some time before mowing the grass. Bought an ice cream and decided to window shop, when I saw that 2-tone sub behind the glass at the jeweler's boutique. When I walked in, I think the lady was worried that I might rob the place, given my attire. I was still single at the time, with a fresh Ivy league MBA and multi-national's manager's salary...bought it on a debit card and wore it out of the shop.
I had seen that Rolex 16613 on a billboard, every morning while driving to work. That damn purchase (~$5400) was inevitable!
As luck would have it, I was offered an 18 month assignment in Switzerland...about 6 months after I bought that watch. On exchange rate alone, I think I could've saved about $1000 if I had waited 6 months and bought it in CH. Still have that watch. Still living in CH, over 25 years later.
Love it boys!
