    You were overly assertive and showed lack of empathy to the candidate.
    If I was being interviewed by someone like you, I'd literally get a bad image of the company culture and most likely back off.

      Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that since the video is a mock interview sample, my students expect me to provide honest feedback regarding their performance, highlighting the areas where they need improvement. Therefore, I do not sugarcoat my feedback and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.

      @@viennaq.3973 Millions of immigrants, like myself, have strong accents, but that doesn't stop us from being promoted to leadership positions. Even the CEO of Google, who comes from India and speaks with an accent, is proof that accents shouldn't be a barrier to success. Therefore, I suggest that you should not discriminate against those who speak with accents and instead focus on landing leadership roles based on merit and qualifications.
