I remember when the Prominar came out and i was shocked how good it was . I was a big Leica fan at the time . I recently bought the BD11 XR binoculars and really want the 88 scope . Stunning optica ❤

Smartoscope Vario adapter apparently is not available in the USA. Is there a reason? And is there an alternative that is just as good?

Very good tip on using the 3rd party app to lock on 2x iPhone camera. The natvie one will switch to digital zoom/optical zoom by software.

For the Kowa TE-80XW eyepiece - is the smartoscope standard ring that comes with purchasing phone holder compatible ?

Hello - in that case, you would need the Smartoscope TE11WZ kit. The ring in this kit fits the TE-80XW and the 11WZ. Hope this helps!
