Observe your surroundings and read every note you find. Codes for the padlocks and safes are hidden around. Some are in the environment you're passing through, some in notes. Film can be developed in the safe room near the stairs. Get it developed and go on a scavenger hunt. And notes ypuve read before can be accessed and read again if you need to
