Great advice. I'd add: don't do any substance that makes you feel bad or forget large chunks of time. Sounds obvious but there are so many people who take drugs that make them psychotic (meth) or depressed & violent (alcohol). Like, why? Drugs are generally a bad idea long-term, but if they also make you feel bad and act crazy in the *short-term* what is the actual point?! But in this case it sounds like this dude had a preoccupation with death, serial killers & other issues (potentially a brain injury from the wreck) that contributed. Drugs are an easy scapegoat but it usually comes down to personal choice. PCP might be an exception. (See: rapper Christ Bearer & Flesh-n-Bone, both of whom did crazy shit under the drug's influence). Start low & go slow with any new drug until you know how it affects you. Whatever you do under its influence is on YOU.
I knew a girl when I was in college this was 2004 she was very privileged her dad worked for the mayor here in California she always bought her weed laced on purpose bc she said it's 'a better high' she was my roommate my sophomore and junior year man I rmb when I was leaving to work my shift at the mall she got so high she told me she called 11 guys and told them all the same thing I left for 7.5 hours to work came back home there a big ass party in our apartment ppl doing coke she was upstairs selling herself for $20 I grabbed her and put a blanket on her asked her wtf is wrong she said she needs money for drugs bc she ran out and her parents said they weren't sending anymore man I'll never touch drugs she was only 19 she ended up dropping out got a pimp from Sacramento and moved to Las Vegas .

I have heard 2 horrible PCP stories and i knew people involved. I wiill share one story. My homeboy was sitting on some steps at a house with a friend. The friend was very high on pcp. He said the friend got up, and out of nowhere shot everyone in the neighborhood close to the house( just random neighborhood folks) then sat back down like nothing happened! My homeboy said he was in shock but wanted to leave alive. He told his homeboy he would holla at him later and he left slowly. He lived to tell the story.

Someone in my family M’d someone and he used to do pcp. Idk if he was high when he did that but he also had underlying psychotic mental issues that weren’t diagnosed until later in life but it’s clear they were there since childhood and ignored. He also got high on pcp and choked one of his friends until he was foaming at the mouth. The friend survived though. So many stories of people on dust end with them killing or running down the street naked. It clearly unlocks a certain part of the brain. Interesting that it is what’s used to embalm bodies and its users tend to kill.
Pcp was a thing in the late 90s..my sisters boyfriend was high on pcp and shot his self in the head...my cousin would smoke it and stand in one place for hours, stuck....a sad high

Sid Vicious went to his grave not knowing if he stabbed his girlfriend to death because he was so stoned on Tuinal pills. He served time in Clinton Correctional Facility & got raped in there, traumatizing him so bad his mom gave him a fatal heroin OD to spare him having to go back. In both cases the simplest explanation is most likely: both men probably killed the victims. But there will always be that doubt.
I think he was set up; the boyfriend got them high, killed Tynisha (for whatever reason) and thought that Lurch would either die after wondering around hallucinating after, get blood all over him, and he’d be blamed - murder/suicide. He probably didn’t think Lurch would live nor that the dog could’ve eaten or chewed or pulled out Tynisha’s organs and that Lurch would think it was food and eat it - or perhaps Lurch thought she was some food and opened her wounds and pulled and ate her insides, then wondered the streets looking for the devil. I just don’t think he murdered Tynisha with all the evidence pointing to another person being there and the fact Tynisha had so much PCP in her system that it would’ve been impossible for her to have taken all of it willingly.

Charging the dealer is a bad idea in all cases. Fentanyl specific laws are in place in 21 states & that many more have legislation in the works. All that does is ensure that more deadly/potent adulterants enter the drug supply. Total legalization/regulation/education is the only way out of this mess. If you harm someone while intoxicated, that's on you.

Ok so it’s way more to this I use to live in those apt and was outside when it happen. When Tynesha started yelling BL was outside tripping. People was outside trying to get there kids out the way. He then walked in the apartment yelling barking like a dog and then 5 min later run back out holding something dropped it and started run butt ass naked barking. However he was not the only one in there at first.
did the police take any eye witness statements? They should have at least charged the boyfriend with something. It's apparent he had intent to harm her, even more that a highed up Lurch.
Two lives was drastically altered that day and I believe he need to appeal his conviction because the whole situation seems like a set up from the jump to the trial probably orchestrated by his record label

I have heard 2 horrible PCP stories and i knew people involved. I wiill share one story. My homeboy was sitting on some steps at a house with a friend. The friend was very high on pcp. He said the friend got up, and out of nowhere shot everyone in the neighborhood close to the house( just random neighborhood folks) then sat back down like nothing happened! My homeboy said he was in shock but wanted to leave alive. He told his homeboy he would holla at him later and he left slowly. He lived to tell the story.

Someone in my family M’d someone and he used to do pcp. Idk if he was high when he did that but he also had underlying psychotic mental issues that weren’t diagnosed until later in life but it’s clear they were there since childhood and ignored. He also got high on pcp and choked one of his friends until he was foaming at the mouth. The friend survived though. So many stories of people on dust end with them killing or running down the street naked. It clearly unlocks a certain part of the brain. Interesting that it is what’s used to embalm bodies and its users tend to kill.

I think he was set up; the boyfriend got them high, killed Tynisha (for whatever reason) and thought that Lurch would either die after wondering around hallucinating after, get blood all over him, and he’d be blamed - murder/suicide. He probably didn’t think Lurch would live nor that the dog could’ve eaten or chewed or pulled out Tynisha’s organs and that Lurch would think it was food and eat it - or perhaps Lurch thought she was some food and opened her wounds and pulled and ate her insides, then wondered the streets looking for the devil. I just don’t think he murdered Tynisha with all the evidence pointing to another person being there and the fact Tynisha had so much PCP in her system that it would’ve been impossible for her to have taken all of it willingly.

He then walked in the apartment yelling barking like a dog and then 5 min later run back out holding something dropped it and started run butt ass naked barking.
