  • Senada is a Bosnian Australian Muslim who settled in Victoria 25 years ago. She enrolled in English classes and completed a community development course and now works in the community service sector. Senada is a community leader who volunteers on many community projects. She explains the importance of women investing in themselves by seizing opportunities.
    Senada's story is part of the @ 'Muslims of Victoria Project', a digital community project funded by 'Public Record Office of Victoria'. This project was led by Dr. Lutfiye Ali on behalf of North Cyprus Turkish Community Centre in partnership with Cyprus Turkish Islamic Community of Victoria and Community Identity and Research Network (CIDRN). This film was produced by Digital Ethnographer, Dr. Kelly Ka Lai Chan.
