The GPU states "property of Constellation" which ties in nicely with the case - proceeds to place it in a bracket that obscures the writing completely. You can never please all of your viewers 😁
So happy the Starfield 7900XTX is now on full display. I was one of the original complainers, think I said “it was a crime against GPUs” to hide it away. Greg has redeemed himself, hallelujah!!!! 😂.
That Starfield theme is Fire!!!!! So nice that Antec was anticipating you putting that Starfiled card in their and named it "Constellation". ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Talks about matching Constellation words, immediately proceeds to install GPU in a way that you can't see that it says Constellation. For real though, I think either way of mounting the GPU works well in this build
Hi Greg, I wanted to make a suggestion that you should inform viewers that if they get a motherboard that has a LGA style socket. They should keep the LGA Protective shield as if the ever need to RMA the motherboard in question, the Warranty will not be honoured if they receive it and it does not have the LGA shield installed when they receive it. I thought that people should know this, most people do but not everyone. So I thought maybe you could pass on this tip. Cheers Mr. Salazar. This PC is a nice looking build. Good Job!
nope, thats why I suggested adding the commentary on the fact that without it your warranty can be rejected. I was just saying to add the comment. It's good that he said to keep it, but why? that was my point. @@xsAMOR
You should have tried to go more NASA-punk themed to match the gpu, and make the cables with white, red and blue colors. Then maybe some mobo and aio tube mods with white fabric to look kinda like a space suit or the inside of a space station. Just my ideas though, still really nice build, looks nice. 👍
Greg I love your content you have helped me with so many builds. Because of your knowledge and experience I know how to build and repair pcs. Please stop apologizing for your videos I know there is trolls on the internet but what you provide to the pc community is very helpful. the amount of tech you have access to is rediculous so please stop apologizing for the incredible work you do. I appreciate everything you do. Keep up the good work
I'm glad Antec is coming out swinging with some really great case offerings in the past few months after sort of feeling like they've been asleep at the wheel for a minute. Between the C8 and the Performance 1 line they have some compelling options out there. More competition in this space is always good.
These types of cases are becoming so ubiquitous and common, it takes all the innovation out of it. Everyone and his brother is building in one of these cases (not referencing Greg, but just about every DIY build I see now), either the original or the clone. This is the PC equivalent of "Who wore it better". Who can out 011 the 011.
I think your videos put me onto Antec cases. They are great to build in and very functional, love the little toolbox that comes with all the screws too.
the only thing I would have done differently for aesthetic purposes is to exhaust through the aio and intake through the bottom. that way the fans would be visible up top, personal preference though. sick build!
One of these Starfield RX 7900 XTX's was listed for sale on FB Marketplace locally. I was able to pick it up for $1165. I'm pretty excited to get it into my white NZXT H1 V2. Oh, and congrats Greg on graduating from astronaut college! You should wear more costumes.
I've been contemplating an Antec C8 the last few days as I don't have the drive to reconfigure my workshop to get the server rack in here, so this came at an opportune time (I was technically Real late, but let's not focus on that). So for the answer you didn't ask for, normally when the color spectrum gamut differs between black and white, we'd call it 'shade', but for your next Trivial Pursuit night, when comparing colors of the same shade between lighter and darker variants, the term is referred to as Luminance. 😉 And now back to your regularly scheduled program as the contemplation continues. (also looking at the Light Base 900 or hunting down an equally sized Geometric Future case, as I just saw my first this evening and totally dug it).
Despite starfields failure, the cards and parts that were made for it are pretty cool looking. Just wish they made the game new gen, not Skyrim gen lol.
Nice looking build! Though my preference for the GPU install would have been the standard way to show off the card better, as the back looks better than the front (plus the matching Constellation!). I'm not a fan of the three solid black fans in a sea of white fans and white light. That would have allowed you to use the Starfield themed GPU power cables as well to set the card off even more, and then not even have to use other extensions, just use the white cables from the power supply for the 24 pin and 8 pin. Just a bit of black from the motherboard and RAM to contrast the white build, and a bit of colour pop from the GPU and GPU cable. With the GPU vertical, you also can't properly appreciate the motherboard and how the majority of what's being blocked by the GPU is covered in white metal plate. My other preference would be to have the rad fans under the rad instead of on top. That would have lit up the interior a lot better and would have been more aesthetically pleasing in my opinion, as the rad would not be as visible and the hoses going to the block wouldn't look as saggy. For me, that would have been the perfect build.
pretty nice build! now if they make the front IO at the bottom left, it'll be better. been looking for those case within budget that have bottom left front IO now, so i can put it on the table and still have easily accessible ports
One thing that I have been noticing a lot with current cases is that most of them lean toward the M.2 SSD or smaller form factor SSD's. You rarely see any kind of large storage (4TB+) solutions in a new case these days.
Gaming PC cases are basically the equivalent of sportscars - performance and looks above all else. Drive bays? No matter how big the case, _optical drives are so 2000s._ Space for harddrives? _Get a NAS, you loser._ If you need something less extreme but still quality, you're a bit screwed these days. Makes about as much sense as pickup trucks dominating the US car market.
Honestly, I would have preferred to mount the graphics card without the vertical bracket to show off the backplate design with the "Constellation" on it. Also, that would have hid the black fans a little.
It is a nice case. I love how it looks and seems very easy to build in but $130 for just the case is pretty expensive. There are cases that are same price if not cheaper but comes with fans.
Gregory "Toothpick" Salad
The GPU states "property of Constellation" which ties in nicely with the case - proceeds to place it in a bracket that obscures the writing completely.

Greg: "how many fingers am I holding up?"
Me, a smart alec: "None, Greg, those fingers are pointing down."
Thought he could trick us...
Nice to see the Starfield 7900XTX making another appearance. Looks slick with the rest of the white components.
So happy the Starfield 7900XTX is now on full display. I was one of the original complainers, think I said “it was a crime against GPUs” to hide it away. Greg has redeemed himself, hallelujah!!!! 😂.
Just the right amount of accent color to go along with all that white.
Genuinely impressed by how bright the fans are!
Too bright, lol
That Starfield theme is Fire!!!!! So nice that Antec was anticipating you putting that Starfiled card in their and named it "Constellation". ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Been watching these videos for a while. One of my personal favorite builds so far
Talks about matching Constellation words, immediately proceeds to install GPU in a way that you can't see that it says Constellation. For real though, I think either way of mounting the GPU works well in this build
Hahah yeah I was kinda bummed about that - just thought it was a cool coincidence!

Did you miss the 04:48 part?

Editor on point today lol
A beautiful rig.
For some reason Space Ghost popped in my head nice build
Yellow extension cables instead of the grey/red and it would definitely have Space Ghost vibes.
lol the suit was an awesome touch, NEVER LOOSE YOUR GEEK....thanx for the content Greg, as always.
*lose

Yeah it took them a while to figure out how to make an O11D variant without breaching copyright laws haha.
Best looking case and build i have seen in years, great eye Greg
Can any say "Dust collector PC?" Damn thats a LOT of white. Nice build, respect.
I think this is the most beautyfull PC i have ever seen, didnt even know that the video card expansion excisted.
Hey Picasso.. great video as always..
wow those 3 bright case fans look so good, make some want some LEDs in my case but I don't want to deal with the extra cables and such
This build is a thing of beauty. ❤
This was a very fun video to watch !
I like the way it looks.

Sorry to tell ya Dennis. The reason is because they are indeed bad ass and they sell.
Love the case..wish they would include some kind of air filter like the Corsair cases have. Huge missed opportunity.
Red ad black cables adds some nice contrast to the case
I think your videos put me onto Antec cases. They are great to build in and very functional, love the little toolbox that comes with all the screws too.
alright, now send this pc to me, i am living just behind the moon, cant miss it.
That was your MOST BEAUTIFUL BUILD EVER! Does that Antec Case come in Black??
Sure does!
@@GregSalazar Thank You, I may look into one for my next build??
Probably your best looking build in a while.
OMG!!!... favorite build so far... dam it looks freaking amazing.
Love the starfield themed card. Great look
Big fan of Antec. I love their beauty, prices, and silence. Nice looking beast.
Really nice high quality case from Antec!
the only thing I would have done differently for aesthetic purposes is to exhaust through the aio and intake through the bottom. that way the fans would be visible up top, personal preference though. sick build!
you should do something like this with a custom loop, that would be really cool
That is the best looking GPU I've ever seen
So much room for activities
My man about to start doing pull ups on the corner or that case. Amazing video sir.
Dannng this looks amazing! Always wanted to build in white.
Good looking PC. I've pretty much ditched purposeful RGB in favor of simplicity, but I still like the look of a really tastefully done PC.
Antec makes some of the best low noise fans I’ve ever used. I use 10 of them (push/pull on the Rad) in a Hyte Y60
Sweet case, I'ma have a closer look.
This case really reminds me of the phantakes of their own nv5 or nv7 case how the front looks looks sick and nice you should do a build on the nv5
I'll see if I can get my hands on one! :-D
@GregSalazar nice
Another great build Greg!
I was considering the Montech King 95 , but I might check this case out now. Cool Build Greg.
Like the look except for the placement of the radiator fans. I would prefer them in a more standard setup.
Putting the fans on the inside in an intake config would've obscured the LEDs. I wanted positive pressure.
I agree. However, I think he did that to save time on install and tear down..
That was bothering me, seeing the rad under the fans idk it just dont look right
@@killerhawks he did it for aesthetics, otherwise the side 3 would need to be intakes and they dont look as good ?
Would have been sick if the fans on the AIO rad was set up in a push config. It would balance out the led lighting inside the rig.
Thermal paste at 6:24 should always be done with a X shape for best coverage.
I have the C8 in black, love it
Beautiful. Just beautiful.
Definitely a good competitor to other cases in this style on the market, do like seeing there is still 3.5 HDD support.
Bless you Greg for going with an 'All AMD Build' !! Team Red Forever!!
Brilliant build. Starfield is awesome!
Man that has to be one of the best looking pcs you've built
I really appreciate that!

The O11 Dynamic become such a staple in PC building that everyone started to copy Lian Li’s (and Roman’s) design.
that Starfield card looks SICK
Think I just found a nice replacement for my old corsair carbide 02. That case is beautiful.
I LOVE it! Looks amazing!😀
That is a beautiful build.
Omg Greg. Can I borrow this rig? It's seriously the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.!
Absolutely gorgeous build!
That’s Purdy. God bless you and the family.❤
I'm crying laughing at that cut.. mr. Toothpick 😂 Saladzar 😂
Looks Friggidy awesome but White cases ten to get more dust are more Visible dust than black. I prefer black

A beautiful build. Nice job.
Looks good maybe change the GPU so the cable comes through from the bottom slit but that's nit-picking.
I'm not one for RGB, but that's a nice build. It looks very clean.
Nice build, and that is a beautiful case.
I really like Antec products, they are such good quality.
looking forward to the next video :)
Thanks for watching!
Despite starfields failure, the cards and parts that were made for it are pretty cool looking. Just wish they made the game new gen, not Skyrim gen lol.
It would be a pretty epic game if it had proper multiplayer and load-on-demand scenes.
Nice looking build! Though my preference for the GPU install would have been the standard way to show off the card better, as the back looks better than the front (plus the matching Constellation!). Love your videos Greg!
What a beautiful case!
Love this build!
White builds are not my thing, but I have to admit they are beautiful. Job well done on this one, Greg.
I appreciate it!
pretty nice build! now if they make the front IO at the bottom left, it'll be better. been looking for those case within budget that have bottom left front IO now, so i can put it on the table and still have easily accessible ports
agree about the red

Great video. Wonderful build :)
Big Boy case, be great for a workstation/gamer rig.
Legitimately the NZXT h9 flow
I saw 'space grade' and thought you meant you got your hands on specifications for what's allowed on the ISS.
I have the antec ax90, not a bad case after i took to it with an angle grinder to allow it to breathe better.
Honestly, I would have preferred to mount the graphics card without the vertical bracket to show off the backplate design with the "Constellation" on it. Also, that would have hid the black fans a little.
Been looking for a case to upgrade from my old Cooler Master, 3090 runs a little warm, think I’m gonna have to get this C8!
Looks really good..
Ayeee that build was astronomical 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
4:17 I’m weak 😂🤣😭
I was already yelling HUE before you brought it up.
Isnt it color temperature? Or is it the same as hue
@@matthijsvandeweerd1415 It is color temperature but different color temperatures map to different hues too.
Outfit... spot on.... keep rocking it....
still rocking an Antec 1100 OG
holy crap a 7700 non-X!
I thought I was the only one lol
Looks familiar...I actually thought it was an O11D variant until you showed the Antec logo.
damn, tbh out of all the recent o11 clones. this is my favorite one
Love white builds that are clean.
It is a nice case. I love how it looks and seems very easy to build in but $130 for just the case is pretty expensive. There are cases that are same price if not cheaper but comes with fans.
