Preparation and ingredients:
3 eggs.
Add a pinch of salt.
180 grams of sugar.
Beat well with a mixer.
60 g poppy seeds.
Mix well.
150g melted butter.
Mix well.
200 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Gradually add flour.
Mix well.
The batter should be smooth and moderately thick.
Line a 20cm baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter.
Pour the batter into a mold.
Sprinkle the dough with 50 g nuts.
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool.
