Cat 740 Hoist Ram Rebuild... 40 Ton Dump Bed Cylinder

This hydraulic cylinder came from a Caterpillar 740 a 6 wheel drive 40 ton articulated rock truck.
It was bypassing oil internally causing the bed to move in a jerky motion.
In this video we disassemble it, inspect it, reseal and reassemble it.
