Nice. Beautiful rendition of Iris song.. Been almost 30 years since I first heard this song on a sitcom show named 'Northern Exposure' that ended in 1995. Sadly enough.. was also the last episode of the show.. ending with the song playing the final moments of the show. I remember it fondly.
Beautifully done. I would love to hear you do "Let The Mystery Be" by the same artist. Iris Dement's voice is something truly special and unique so I didn't expect somebody to pull it off. Usually in my head it's either there or it's not and you absolutely succeeded. This is not my "Go-To" type of music but I just listened to this whole video like I was in church. That's saying something if you could see it from my own point of view. Again, very well done. I'll have to check out some more of your music. Thank you for that. Have a great day and God Bless.

Maybe tone down the stylized breathy twang just a wee bit? Your voice is beautiful and unique enough without forcing a singing style. Make it your own.

One of the great shows in that era. I loved it!
It was placed in Cicily, Alaska, but was actually filmed in Roslyn Washington.
The characters in that show were so complex in ways that rarely occur in American media. Loved it!
