Ah, quelle joie de pouvoir prendre le temps de vous écouter. Toujours fidèle avec votre dextérité et magnificences rhythmique, je me délecte. Le duo est en place et tout est en présence pour se représenter les lieux les plus délicieux par ces temps de troubles et d'irrespect des gens de bonne culture...
2017, when it was too expensive to record his CD's in the NL, when they were engaged, when Gert wore regular shoes and still pedaled beautifully, when Marjolein was paying close attention to all 19 registration changes in this piece, when they both were just as kind, caring, generous, and lovely as they are in 2022. The CD is excellent!
I've never worn organ shoes - in 50 years of playing. And I noticed at 2:35 that the lights on the altar in the distance went out. Kind of strange

I remember seeing you play this piece when you around 19? In a church setting with fans cooling you off! Your registrant must have been a friend. It was played with such enthusiasm then and still the same again. It is one of my favs. I could listen to it over and over again!!! Thank you for so many hours of your extreme talent

Yesterday, I asked my pianist friend to try and play the organ, hand & foot coordination, with Handel's "Arrival of Queen of Sheba".....he failed many times. It was extremely difficult for him.
