Keep in mind with the laminate floor that your upstairs neighbors will sound even louder clomping around at night. For this reason I always request a top floor room at Pop. The floors are great…just noisy🫤

When do you usually request this? When you check-in or before when you book? 😊

@@melinacolon74 A week ahead of time I call to make the request. There’s no guarantee but I’ve had good luck with it.
