I reccomand make clove water and msm powder with water put them sepperate in 2 bottles so the MSm water mixture appart and the Clove water appart spray it 2 times a day one time while you steaming youre hair steaming stimulates blood circulation (so youre hair wil grow) and the other time spray both bottles in in youre hair before sleeping with a bonnet on and i reccomand the conditioner of main and tail to i use it during my steaming and i dont wash it out inuse it for my roots and ends as moisture so a leave and i reccomand braid youre hair i always doe this routine with 4 braids and my hair is growing so fast
