On the spot, BC Electric

BC Electric archive from 1948 showing the behind the scenes activities needed to keep the transit system working in Vancouver. Places visited are the Oakridge Transit Center offices and garage. Also visited is the 16th and Cambie overhaul. Some workings are shown of Canadian Car & Foundry Brill T44 trolleys and Fageol Twin Coach buses.
Today both of these facilities are gone being replaced larger facilities in other parts of Vancouver or Burnaby.
