A song like this is super impactful with a ton of emotion. Some people can't talk to others about their emotions so they flip them and turn it into a song which ends up being a masterpiece. Amazing song by Corey Taylor and an amazing reaction by YOU!!
I love how he softened the melancholy that the song is drenched in by picking up the mood with jokes during that show. That’s what makes Corey a great performer. He understands that a performance needs both the highs and the lows. And playin’ a song like that you always run the risk that you’ll pull the mood and the energy down too much.
Was loving the banter between Corey and the crowd.. while i don't listen to Stone Sour and Slipknot as much (moved on to much heavier music) but he is a top notch guy and this song is my favorite along with Through Glass..loved the reaction Rachael 🙂
I will miss just about anything to see Corey live. Even in Slipknot, his relationship with the audience is amazing. He’s about the most humblest dude. I met him when he was doing a signing years ago at Ozfest. Such a nice guy. Way different then what I was expecting.
I would break down crying on stage if such a massive room of people were on my wavelength, feeling my thoughts and lyrics and just...connecting with me. BEYOND beautiful.

Yeah Bother is a song that a ton of people relate too mostly for the dark place everyone's been in at one point in their life, some more than others. And that song, you just want to sing it as loudly as possible, not because its energetic but its almost like cleansing the soul almost of all that pain. Crazy that it was written over a decade ago now.

Corey Taylor is an amazing singer.. Years back I spend a lot of time just going through live songs of him. From radio and studio things. He has so many crazy songs and covers on the internet. I found Stone Sour before I found Corey really. Back in the 90's and they wrote some amazing songs.( They stopped in 97 I think it was if I remember, and then came back together later ) Still think its some of the best lyric writing. Might be slightly bias because of the way I think of them. But songs as I can't believe - Imperfect - Miracles. Just Perfect song writing. And ofc, that made me listen to Stone Sour in general. and the new stuff with Corey. Who has an insane voice. So spend many a night just jumping from clip to clip.
