I already see Aurora herself performing a cover of Ane’s cover of Aurora’s song, with Silija on the guitar. Yes, that would be wildly ironic, but the cover is too beautiful not to reproduce. I also would like to see Aurora fans (Warriors and Wierdos) do a cover of this particular cover.
This really brings out the folk elements in AURORA's song, and channels the essence of AURORA's own emotions when composing it. Would be great to hear AURORA sing the song in this folk style, or perhaps do a duet with Ane.

I wish you meet her! I met her four years ago at my work. We had the chance to talk to each other for about 30 minutes. She is so vibrant with electricity. We took a selfie and it made my day.

I have definitely not heard more beautiful guitar tabs in my life. This is beyond magical and elegant. The bass strings fill the room; the mood from the vibes ask for a sacrosanct attitude from the audience, no vociferous sing-along allowed... you can whisper-sing and just stare, admire and enjoy with your soul. The day is complete every time for anyone who listens to this. Timeless masterpiece... and to think it’s only a cover.

I only knew Ane Brun from her song Balloon Ranger before this, and I only knew of that because there's a great tech house remix of it that I was obsessed with for a few months (ruclips.net/video/YWNVEsjMN4U/видео.html). What a treasure. I know she was one of AURORA's influences, so this must've been amazing for AURORA to experience. Cheers for sharing.

@@bas8461 its always great to find unexpected gems. I miss the days when i would wait, for months, for a release of one of my favorite bands, and then walk into a recordshop and listen to it. We dont have the ownership to our music anymore. Everything is too Available".
@@eiriktheatmospheric38 the availablility is good for the lesser know artiest. And we still have a record shop over here were you can get a coffee and and listen to the new releases. Something Im teaching my kids to cherish 👍🏻
