I think that's the thing I find most inspiring about her....among the MANY inspiring things about her.
The fact she's utterly _free_ and unshackled in every sense....free to be the most fully actualized human she wants to be. The main character indeed.

This is really quite gorgeous actually....
I love the studio track, but wasn't sure how such an electronically produced song would render live....but apparently the answer is splendidly. Aurora sounds perfect, of course. I love when the song really kicks in around 2:00. Such a subtle power to that. Also this venue is GORGEOUS. As an American I'm so jealous of the ancient elements of Norway...both natural and human built. Here in America, for obvious reasons, almost all of our architecture is very new and often cheaply made. We don't have 800 year old cathedrals...for instance.
I will say, after seeing this here at Håkonshallen as well as her career defining concert at Nidarosdomen....I dare say Aurora should record ALL future filmed concerts in cathedrals. And keep recording her albums in castles lol. It all suits her so incredibly well.

I just watched the in The Waiting Room performance. That was much better than the one in the church, but still not what a studio version would be like. Believe me, I cannot criticize your voice no matter what the venue. All of your performances, when you have your band backing you, were perfection personified. Even your fans feel the same way. This concert was during the pandemic restrictions. That is the reason for the small number of spectators and seating arrangements
I loved this but after 4 minutes the drums overpowered, for lack of a better word, Aurora's singing. I think it would be great to do a studio-controlled version of this song. They can isolate the drums and control the volume of them, and the same for Aurora's singing, as well as the other instruments.

I agree that this beautiful room is maybe not the best acoustic for this type of song, I might like the other live version in London 2019 more even if audience recording, at least it is more emotional, link in the description.

Yes, exactly, live in a studio. I agree that your London audience will no doubt love it, just as they love all of your songs. Both it would be nice, or more than nice. I just hope someday to hear the studio version whenever it is released on RUclips. As far as acoustics your voice makes acoustics sound better, not the other way around. .Oh, wait! I read that wrong. I thought you were talking about the upcoming concert in London, not realizing you said 2019. And here I was going to suggest that at the upcoming concert if you were to sing the song, either before or after the song, that you look towards the camera and simply say, "Thanks, Mike J." Silly me for forgetting that you already have the songs planned for that concert. Anyhow, I will look forward to hearing your lovely voice singing it in the studio version. Have a great concert.

You can't say "How it's like to be alone" -- only "What it's like to be alone" or "How it is to be alone".
Yes, you are correct. But the lyrics were written by Askjell and Aurora, who are both Norwegian, so a small English grammatical error is at least understandable, I think.
I'm Danish/Swedish myself but now that you pointed it out, I can see and feel that it is wrong, but I never noticed it myself in the lyrics. Looking online it seems to be a common mistake for non-native English speakers:
Many English language learners use "how" where native speakers use "what."
I still love your music, but really? Making your audience sit 6ft apart. You should know to not trust the science!
This was not an Aurora concert but an Askjell concert, Aurora just joined on this song and the song "Sofia", so she definitely had no part in this decision.
But even Askjell could NOT decide on this during the Covid lock down, it was decided by the government and the health care system.
If he had refused to let the audience sit apart, there would have been no concert or at least no live audience.

This performance was exactly 2 years ago (on Wednesday), and that's what she looked like back then maybe after Corona lock downs.

How can anyone actually think of putting a comment like that. I mean this is such an emotionally touching song, at least to me. Who cares about looks, I find this really disappointing. When I first found Aurora back in 2017 I was so pleased nobody in the comments spoke about her looks, only about her voice and her music..... times have changed.
It's sad that you think she's fat in this video, I honestly think you have an unhealthy view on body image
