Yes, I’m thinking the same thing. Been hearing that for years now. But when you work with clients with damaged hair from them it all feels the same over processed and that doesn’t come from heat damage..
I swear this just happened to me on Saturday morning with a client. I’m so sick of those Dominican salons although they up our bag! They depress the clients. I rushed this video to my client. If ur client is in ny I’m in jersey city I can take care of her in ur absence
All salons and out of home businesses are too expensive nowadays to me. I just started doing my own braids, trims, and silk presses this last year. I would love to go to a salon and get my hair done but my last two experiences made me lose faith in the hair care industry. I’d love to go to Nisha tho!😂
What i’m wondering is why not cut some of the damage in the middle of the hair as well instead of just cut straight across? More heat…seems like the right solution. Honestly it’s time for the bob life after all that! 🙌🏾
I personally think they must be using cheaper products to keep their costs lower. Cheaper doesn’t give you better results that is clear by how much her hair was destroyed by the other salon. Her crown was nothing but broken off hair.
Yes exactly!!! And i believe there was definitely some chemicals involved. I had serviced her before she got it done. Her hair was completely normal, thick and curly. Now it’s just all breaking off..
@@Hairbynishaa my daughter works/ manages an Aveda Salon & Spa and expensive products is a large part of pricing at the salon. High end products with expensive ingredients are not cheap to make or use in any salon. Cheap chemicals/ ingredients gets you bad end results.
I heard they put relaxer in the shampoo/conditioner. And use this if you refuse to get a relaxer.

Yessssss i found you loved your live chat with Janay
Yaaayy!! So glad to have you here 🩷🩷
Thank you!!
I would actually cut off all my hair to pixie or something and start over fresh.
same like why preserve something that isn’t healthy or working anymore like what is the point?
She’s considering a pixie, but it’s easier said than done. It’s hard to cut off your hair.

Really you’re in jersey city!! I need a salon to go to asap
Yess it’s absolutely insane. For them to do something to someone’s hair without their consent is crazy!!!
She's in great hands with you❤
Her hair looks so good. You are so good at whatvyou do. Beautiful ❤
Thank you so much for watching! 💗💗
In my opinion Dominican salons are cheaper because there are more of them, especially in NY.
Yeah it is cheaper..

Wow. You certainly have her hair back on track. I hope she can continue to keep it back on track.
Thank you! That’s the plan!
