The white stylist get paid by the hour starting at $100 plus an hr and clients be walking out wet or damp . And we as stylist do over and beyond with our services and getting paid bare minimal at the end of all the deductions from our multiple products we use, more than white stylists. Normalizing expensive visits to the salon is not normal.Spending 500$ or more on hair if you're a celebrity is reasonnable... ...the problem In the black community we spend money on stupid stuff. Poor mentality syndrom. Poor mindset

I hace the exact same hair type but my hair is a lil shorter. Glad to see treatment when all i grew around and saw was black women who still continue to get perms, straighten their hair unprofessional wise; ruin their hair with products and hair styles their hair doesnt want to do and then blame it all on their hair type and saying it wont grow or do anything when theyve never gave it the chance to.
