its never a good idea to have plastic surgery unless its for medical reasons - it would be better to spend the money on talking to someone about why you feel it necessary to change the way you look

She seems to have a massive downer and for some reason is very bitter where the male species is concerned and didn't half give men in general a severe kicking at every turn of the programme. Sad that she views the world like that as there's plenty of good guys out there.
Actually u don’t use a lot of photoshop on real models, u don’t make them thinner or something, u just get rid of little things. They look exactly like the photos, only if u have famous people (actors) need some do over.
