  • How To Have Good Posture While Walking- Bulletproof Tips!
    Want to have good posture while walking?
    What to have good posture as a whole?
    People are often surprised to learn that there's more to walking than simply putting one foot in front of the other. In fact, a little technique goes a long way to making your walks more enjoyable and more effective.
    Walking with good posture is critical to prevent injuries, walk longer, and feel more comfortable while fitness walking. Good posture helps walkers avoid added strain on their neck and back and keeps your muscles and joints in alignment. You’ll be able to walk faster with less fatigue when you’re walking the right way.
    There are also a lot of benefits from adopting a good posture.

    There are many manual techniques that a physiotherapist can perform that simply cannot be replicated by your own. If these techniques are not done correctly or are done without proper diagnosis and/ or guidance, they could make things worse. If any of these techniques are causing more discomfort, STOP immediately and seek guidance from your doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions you have regarding your health or medical condition.
    It is important to remember that the human body is the product of a whole conglomeration of factors. Comprehensive and reliable diagnosis of all movement and body characteristics is a complex process that facilitates the identification of the sources of problems and their nature and therefore, the diagnosis should only be performed by a person with broad professional training who specializes in diagnosing and treating medical issues. Diagnosis or treatment without individual consultation by a suitable medical professional may lead to incorrect conclusions in the diagnosis and in the treatment processes.

    I feel like my sleeping positions are also affecting my position my shoulders always go up to my ears. Any advise on that?

    • @MelThePhysio
      @MelThePhysio  2 года назад

      Absolutely sleeping posture can affect shoulder and neck pain. However sleeping is very hard to change so I normally would get people to look at things that they can change first before changing sleeping positions if all else fails :)
