Welcome to the embroidery experiments. In today's video we are going to be asking the question "does 60wt thread make a difference with small lettering?" and we will be stitching out some micro font lettering to see what works best.
I will be using Perfect Embroidery Pro embroidery software to create the micro fonts and Exquisite 40wt and 60 wt thread for the experiments.

There are a few tips and tricks to make small lettering look great, and I am going to show you a few tricks to help you get started. Where can you purchase 60 weight thread?

Since there is a big difference between weighted threads, how do you match the top and bottom threads for 10 needle L bobbins? I noticed most bobbin companies sell black or white thread unless you are quilting. I have a bobbin winder but where is the best place to find matching color threads for both?
