Well apparently Booster has something he wants to show us. So back at Booster Tower and he doesn't remember us. But he wants to show off his train.
This fight...is crazy. Booster will prep during battle and the snifits will give him a moral boost making him finish his prep work faster. Booster's prep work results in an unblockable attack that 1 shots your party. The only way to stop his prep is to hit Booster while he's doing so. It's better to have a faster speed for this fight.
