@@SiminShaikhufff, im sorry you have to experience that:(( Just think about their issues, they are unhealed souls, they can't spread love & light, never, PLS, never take serious what they are saying, if people be mean to such a gorgeous, bright, lovely woman/soul, it says so much about them and there can't be truth to it...🙏💪👌🤌💞💫

I don't care to comment often unless I have something to say, but if there's one thing I can hopefully do for not much effort is to wish you well and let you know you're doing a great job. I think you explain and compare perfumes so well and it's your opinion and it should be respected. You seem like a lovely person so please don't let other people get you down. Hope you feel better ^_^

You're literally my guide in having middle eastern fragrances, you are like a fairy godmother lol! The moment you said you love rose+oud combination on one of your videos, Im like, "I trust her" coz I love rose oud too after sniffing the Jo Malone velvet rose and oud sample. And so Im extremely happy you showed also rose and oud arabic perfumes and no less than 30mins, I ordered online!

I personally love Nasheet, but there seems to be a batch issue with this one. Several people described it as a lemon cake in the opening, sweet and citrusy, and I don't get that at all. Just like you, I get herbs, spices, incense and woods, and I have read other reviews just like that. I like it, probably because it is a bit weird und very unique, but there is no lemon cheesecake in there for me.

@SiminShaikh I'm sorry you had to experience negativity and attacks on your person, but - having experienced similar things - I actually feel very sorry for people like that. How unhappy and broken you must be if you use your energy to break down another? Someone who is, for crying out loud, reviewing fragrances out of a passion! Fragrances! We're not discussing religion or politics, which is bound to be incendiary (still shouldn't invite nastiness, but yeah...not everyone is as mature as I would hope).
I'm really, really critical when it comes to reviewing, also because I've been a professional journalist (magazines predominantly) for almost 20yrs, of which I've been reviewing 5yrs full-time and the last 3 years part-time (novels, spiritual products, perfume, clothes). The fact I'm still a subscriber says enough. You've also just started and for someone who only just put her pretty face on camera you're doing really well. It's much harder than people think to speak comfortably, not to mention that describing perfume isn't easy either (at all! ). Can you imagine how knowledgeable and comfy you'll be in a year? I really appreciate that you name the perfume at the end of your description again, but if you're open to tips I would recommend a few things that'll help our memory when writing down tips, as well as will professionalise your reviews. Don't consider this criticism please, I would only like to help - and ignore if wanted 😅:
    1. Do not check Fragantica for notes. They're just as often wrong as they're right. Parfumo.com has the correct ones, since they only post notes they can varify with the producer/brand.
    2. I'd love to see the scent pyramid on screen. And it's even better if you tell us what YOU smelled note wise before you even check it against the written down pyramid. You'll train your nose extra. You're already telling us a bit what you do and don't smell based on the pyramid, but if you can expand on your own experiences that's great. I watch for *your* vision.
    3. Naming brand+ name perfume on screen while talking about it, it's great. You have chapters in your video, that's always soooo helpful (many thanks), but that's an extra way to be clear. Especially for those who are writing things down. 2&3 are editing tricks, so I'm sure you can find tips online for that.
    4. One of the most made mistakes by RUclips reviewers: spray on paper to smell a new fragrance. Unfortunately a perfume won't develop on paper as it should. While perfume creators initially drop oils on paper strips to mix top, heart and base notes to see if they match and what needs more, it was made for skin. We wear it on skin after all. You will get mostly topnotes on strips and the paper smell might influence as well. Therefore it isn't a decent first impression.
    5. Besides, eventually I and many others also want to know about quality. Its it a skin scent? How is the projection? Longevity? Is the dry down very different from the opening or what one would expect from the pyramid? (NB. When giving info on projection and longevity always mention your skin type. Dry, oily? Perfume eating or does everything last long etc? )
    6. Your nose can't take more than 3 or 4 scents consecutively. Everything after that won't be smelled correctly. I definitely understand that you might be enthusiastic and want to show us new stuff directly, and also everything. That's okay. But if you want to give a 1st impression on paper, give us a test review a little later. So a skin update 😉. Also: if you do more than 3 fragrances in a row, stop the video, take a breath of fresh air and then continue after a few minutes. Yes, coffee grinds helps too, but fresh air works best with a little break.
Okay, those were my tips and I think these will make your reviews extra amazing and useful.
Don't let yourself be influenced by keyboard warriors and trolls. Like you said: don't like it? Find another channel.
Your passion is not only relatable, but one of the reasons I watch you! Sooooo many fortune hunters on here, thinking they can make a quick buck by creating a channel and then droning on about something they're obviously NOT passionate about - which they've not researched and only just copied from others -, because they're not doing it for the right reasons. Or - which is sad for a different reason - they ARE, but just not have the capacity to convey it and say everything bone dry. Please do NOT change. You aren't childish AT ALL. From where I stand you're a beautiful soul who has found an anchor in fragrance and wants to share that. It is also the reason why I take the time to write this.
(small bit of info about me: I'm chronically very ill and a lot of times I barely have the energy or mobility to eat - can't even cook, will eat medical liquids. The last 3 days I've had some kind of attack from my nervous system with burning pain, severe cramps, extreme headaches, paralysis, blindness, nausea, sweating etc... I've just gotten a bit better, saw your video despite still having a headache, muscle cramps and burning feet. But I wanted some happiness. I honestly missed over half because I'm not okay still, but will watch again.)
But my point is: because I think you're worth my limited time I watched AND gave you a few tips based on my own experiences. As said: do with it what you will. It is *your* channel, not mine. If it helps, great! If it gives you inspiration to do sth that suits you more, also great. If you don't care for them, fine by me as well 😂. You didn't ask for them after all. But they're a few small tips for streamlining the channel. You really don't need much, the rest will come from your passion, your brain and the building knowledge.
Btw: Have you ever tried Gulf Orchid and their subsidiary Maison Asrar? Is a relatively new brand that I'm very curious about. Same goes for Khadlaj, their original fragrances, not their dupes. I would also love to hear more about Arabiyat. I have Lamsat Harir and was pleasantly surprised. But now that I'm researching I see many more perfumes, but only Lamsat Harir is ever reviewed. Another four brands I never ever see reviewed on the Tube: Kalimat, Hamidi, Nusuk, Rihanah. Hamidi is a very cheap brand, Kalimat seems more luxe. Nusuk and Rihanah are in the 25 to 35 euro class in my country, but they're not sold by many shops. If you can manage to review some of them you'll be the only one on RUclips from what I've seen. Just an extra tip. I would do it myself, was planning on it, but I'm having to save up for a necessary, but expensive medical treatment that won't get reimbursed by my insurance 😢. No perfume for me for a long while unless it's from bday money in a few weeks. So basically you'll be helping me out, ha ha ha.
    (Edit: adjusted numbering in tips).

      Babe ❤
I have tears in my eyes, I kid you not. Not because I am sad, but because I just read this very beautiful letter you sent my way ❤
First of all, I wish you the best in health and hope you overcome all the difficulties in your life. I cannot even imagine the pain you are in and no one can. It is your experience and it is unique to you. After you have healed and recovered, I hope you get to pursuit your best life and have only happiness come your way ❤❤❤ I hope you get to write and use your gifts to enlighten others. You have a light about you, that you don't even know. Its shining and I see it. I am sure many see it ❤ And I hope many get to see it.
I cannot believe you took time out of you day and especially when you were unwell, its totally overwhelming my heart. You have made me look at myself and others differently. What a gift you have. Imagine if you were face to face with me ❤
There are days I cannot get out of bed due to the severity of the Fibromyalgia I suffer from. It is not even that serious but I know how helpless I feel. How I feel when the world is passing by while I lay passive. The feeling that I have so much to do, but I can barely move a finger. But at that time I remind myself, that nothing is permanent ❤ Life goes on and we are buy specs in a large universe. All we can do "Is our best".
I am going to take each and every advise from you very seriously, because first off, you are a professional and secondly because it makes complete sense. I am so happy that you are helping me out. I am going to make this as a note and keep it front of me when I record next.
Thank you for making my day and for perhaps being a pivotal experience in my life that will change my perspective for the better! ❤
      Much love to you xx

First class flight of course so your muscles won't misbehave (Fibromyalgia is in my family, I have it too. It makes the treatment of other - especially the more complex - illnesses I have sadly even more difficult at times. It's terrible on its own, though if I could go back to the pain and limitations of having only FM, with which I was diagnosed age 20, I would in a heartbeat! Your hopes for me are sweet, but I'll never get better. Not even if treatments would be devised tomorrow. My body has sustained too much damage and some specialists are even surprised I'm still alive).
Anyway, I'm happy you appreciate the few tips I sent your way. You could always give them your own twist if that feels better.

I smell sweet pineapple with posh , mature rose plus some citruses to light it up, It reminds me Ellie Saab more than Coco M but very elegant scent, sophisticated , not young. I would maybe add something to make it more ''more cheerful'' ,not so serious, so it is not so linear, maybe warm sweet note in the base as well. Then IT WOULD BE PERFECT ! Still good everyday scent for elegant 30 plus and all year round scent, also formal occassions.

It is lovely and refreshing to see a person who is genuine and talks with animation and passion so good on you ❤. A question if I may, I am tempted buying Sutoor as it saw it has similar note combinations as my favourite scent Opulent Red, even though this is more resinous and more aromatic and less floral , a touch more boozy perhaps ( although the cognac note is one I LOVE in Red) and more peachy and fruity. ( I know that my favourite is much disliked but on me it does smell divine and I do always get compliments when I wear it, perhaps it depends on your body chemistry as to why it smells nice to some and nasty to others. Came to your channel for Lattafa but subscribed because of you 🌺
Have you tried Lara? Very lovely summer Lattafa, and is one of the ones that gets better over time (smells kinda like Cheirosa 62)
