Of course the whole" taking out whole world's population to sell them" likely didn't help the whole Mortal civilization growth thing either. But then Supreme Kai didn't do anything about Frieza either and he could have easily dealt with Frieza back then. Majin Buu though was definitely a major fault on Beerus since he slept through it. Especially when you consider that could have easily resulted in his death given how he and Supreme Kai are linked.

If they don't even have the humility to pay respect to a god, would they really bother changing their ways, at least that's how I see Beerus pass his final judgement. Zamasu's motivation for killing mortals are almost in line with Beerus responsibility, the only difference is that Zamasu went into the extreme, and violated a lot of taboos even for gods.

Part of me wishes Bulla did have a saiyan name since Bulma technically named trunks while vegeta was off planet training for the androids at the time. So I was excited to see him want to give his daughter a saiyan name but sadly bulma cut him off before he could suggest the name.

No Jack don’t say it isn’t Supreme Kai’s fault the universe is so low because it IS. He wasn’t trained to properly be a Supreme Kai and refuses to guide other planets to have strong and prosperous life. Beerus doesn’t do his job to remove weak and evil life that make planets worse.
