Imma be honest. As annoyingly difficult that it is to score on the goalies this year, I like it. It was WAY too easy to score, in past games, and the goals that would get scored against the teams I'm playing with would piss me off. Now everyone struggles to score. I like the new challenging goaltenders.
the pressure meter is so cheese, you can literally pass the puck in the O zone and get them tired but doing nothing. it’s so cheesed, and it’s gonna be a big thing for Champs for players to do it to get a win. I see the image, but it’s not built for a game.
whaddya think of the on ice visual of the pressure meter? Is that really what we want to focus on? (like you said, it's all you can think about in the zone).
As if the Special Needs kid would win a game. Henrek won the first game because he is a very good player. EKI is on another level, but the gap isn't as far apart as you like to think.
They need to fix pressure system and get rid of the one button deke moves IMO, skill gap has been removed with no more back skating but I’m fine with it.
The Pressure System sounds great on paper but the execution SUCKS! It needs major tweaking and the players don't need to be as slow as they are when it's in effect. Everything about this game feels casual. They are catering a little too much towards the casual player. At this rate by next year, we won't be able to skill stick at all. The game will decide on it's own when to deke. I think the overall goal is to make the game play like this... You enter the zone and can't aim your pass you just press it and it goes to the player the CPU thinks is the right choice. You can't aim your shoots the CPU decides the best shot for you. The game just comes down to Take a random shot, then the other guy gets the puck and does the same thing. Until the game decides who gets the first rebound of fluke goal. That is exactly how it feels at times how they want the game to be played. Anything to give the casuals this impression that they are playing what they think is "" REAL HOCKEY""
The goalie shouldn't lose God damn energy from you just passing it back n forth. Or skating around. Goalie should only have to face shots to lose energy

I miss the L2 skate backwards and now with new controls i cant figure out how to even do a fake shot so i went back to skill stick already

It looks so frustrating to try and position in the corners or really move your player at all.

Hold R2 just before you receive the puck, or spam it.
