Also I’m curious what you thing of the goalie abilities. For example, in squad battles hasek is an absolute menace to score on because of his abilities. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thx
It's nice to have a variety of goals working, makes the game more realistic and each game unique, however i am a little disapointed that the total control yoe drag and between the legs are not that effective, less than the michigan, maybe i just dont pull them in the right situations

Could you please tell us how to win the Loose Puck / Board battles battles!? Since they move the puck protection to L3, pressing and holding X is futile . That's one of my biggest issuea right now.
Hardest thing for me to defend this year is my opponent using one player and just gliding around slow in my zone and burning the clock when they have a 1 or 2 goal lead. They just waste as much time and don’t pass or shoot…. Like how do you get the puck out of their hands fast??? Any advice??? I’ve tried using high pressure and manually using one defender and fast switching between defenders and poke checking and certain users/opponents can literally just play keep away and dilly dally with the puck for 2 minutes straight and I can’t even have a single chance to score a game tying goal.
Don't use full pressure. Strategies I showed staggered and puck side attack are the best for agressive play without your players outplaying themself. Power hit and poke is the fastest way to try to get the puck. If someone is not passing it around, with correct player switches and well timed agressiveness it's pretty easy to get the puck away.
The only thing that I don’t like in total control, is that sometimes if you hold a side for too long with right stick, it does a deke and you lose the pack and can’t shoot
I'm kind of going back and fourth 😅 It's basically only for the trigger stops if I do. So default setting with the trigger stops. Skill stick feels more sensitive this year, making them even more sensitive hasn't felt great.
There’s kind of a bug right now where if you try to pass to the guy who has the button for reverse hits over his head with the skill stick control scheme sometimes the skater will prioritize the reverse hit and just drop the puck like an ass.

the obvious thing that stands out is the speed of your players and how it is maintained.... its a combination of things going on that is the real secret nobody really talks about. i can tell my players are slowing down overall because the opponent is changing shit to benefit themselves constantly... so my players never maintain speed against good players... no player plays the same strategy all the time. you can talk about all this noise in this video... the reality is the real secret isnt ever shared.
To much scoring in play franchise mode the games are out of control to much scoring and shots from everywhere , no resistance when computer comes into the zone .

what these channels really only want is you to watch.. he doesn't want to show the real way players are beaten... speed and team speed controlled by the opponents neutral zone setting and the offensive setting. good players will piss you off because they we keep changing this and then again and then constantly because that is how the game speed and team speed is controlled. It happens on the fly and it is the reason your losing. That is the real secret no player will ever make a video about. because this is how the game is controlled. you dont have to just think about your gameplay and move to score and stop scorers. you have to constantly be changing the offense and neutral zone adjustments because that is how the opponent is trying to slow your team speed. its fucking annoying that is how we lose.
You showing the glitch R2 shot is not cool man. It's such a ridiculous glitch goal. It's almost automatic. So many people are abusing it. It needs to be patched by EA asap. We shouldn't be teaching people how to do it.

I’ve found that when your entering the zone on the side holding forehand and going toward the middle and then shooting short side works really well
