i worked at toys r us for about a decade and the very first guy should have walked her over to the product so he could answer any more questions she had. Second person should have helped the guy choose, etc

I miss toys r us. It’s just sad there isn’t a chain store for toys anymore. Target or Walmart isn’t the same.
