Poor Baba. I know 70% of this is just show content, but I feel 30% is Howard's true annoyance with Gary. I love Howard only 2nd to Eminem, but I wish he would be more accepting and understanding to all his staff.
Howard would not have been as successful as he was on terrestrial radio without Gary. Gary suffered tons of abuse and humiliation daily much of it very well deserved. He's earned every penny.
