Re-glazed is just another name for paint from home depot B.S.
We did this to bathroom tiles. It’s a really cheap fix that ends up a peeling mess. I do not recommend it,

That's included in the Closing costs. I do get supplemental tax bills after I sell the houses though, but I deal with them when they arrive :D
