This thing also flies across the map faster than an oppressor, even without jato so it's not like you can't get away. Land on water and keep using jato and you basically have nitro and can outrun jets, giving you enough Time to take cover in your hangar. This plane has a lot of potential, you just need to open your eyes to it. Its not hard to get the discount and if you really can't justify buying it then don't, but it's far from a bad plane.

The savage is pretty fast too when at top speed. Agile is ok. Cheaper price as well than the hunter and getting what all the upgrades cost 300k or so for the hunter?

Darvin Jackson get the avenger if you don’t already have one. Weapon workshop, vehicle workshop, auto pilot, 3 explosive cannons...and can carry the whole lobby. But if you already have it and you have lots of money to share I don’t see why you can buy it.
Definitely the most practical ( Not to mention versatile ) five-seater aircraft in the game. Love it, and if you add gas bombs import/export becomes much easier. Then just have the pilot follow you around back to the warehouse, taking out any pursuing choppers with the front guns.
Professional the front guns are quite useful it's very accurate and I kill couple npc and vehicles with it. Test it out in vtol mode that's what the main front is there for dealing ground troops. The buzzard when I use the gun is very inaccurate and I just spray too much over the place. And yes the front guns are good against helicopters. Facing a hydra or lazer will be difficult. But if you got three players on that vehicle you can survive a lot more against players. The Tula is meant for team work players and is a great get away plane if you got 4 other players.

I'd still buy this, it's more pratical because it has not the huge ass propellers from the avenger, which helps landing in some places, e.g. in front of warehouses. It has boost, which saves you time. It can land on water, good for some cargo missions. It is very agile which helps a lot against some griefers. The only problem is the flare thing... i think if the flares would work for the pilot, this could be a nice grinding vehicle

I want to get this thing because I used it in a resupply and I enjoyed the experience, but I also see the futility in that if I wait for the Hunter. It's exactly what I'm gonna get from this vehicle, (The helicopter hover, easier bombing, probably cheaper too.) but better. The only downsides I can foresee from the Hunter is the fact you can only use missiles unless you're the co-pilot, which is a little overkill, considering the barrage, and the fact it can't land in water, which eh, most missions don't take place in water so that's not a big issue.

I just want one without weapons as a search and rescue vehicle. I can’t recommend it in a public, but it is useful in some npc missions. Maybe get the SeaBreeze or Sea Sparrow instead.
And its very good for quick getaways because of the jato thrust. I personally recommend using VTOL mode on water because if the waves are large ones and you don't activate VTOL mode, then the waves are gonna destroy your planes engines. Best feature is that you can switch seats when stationary on both land and water in case you need the firepower. This is one of those planes that doesn't really require another player to be in that turret seat. The price of the Tula got reduced to 4.1 million trade price 3.075 million since last April 2023 and to get the trade price you just need to do 21 source missions regardless whether its land or air source missions
When I saw the video from harmnone, I just realised that this plane was solo friendly. But with another player in the turret seat, you both are gonna be very unstoppable in source missions.
The Tula sea barge mission is interesting, but the Titan escort is slow & boring for the Mogul’s own good. And we’ll not speak of the Mogul sell mission.
You have to improvise if you don’t have a crew (use a bombushka for sell missions except from bunker cuz you only have 15 mins) 3:50 or just use a jetpack
I think the pay to swap weapons con should be removed because that's for all planes and cars. Also merge the front machine gun and rear machine gun into one con. The plane is actually really good

I loved the tula before they nerfed the VTOL for the following DLC after smugglers run. After that I got rid of it. The vertical climb in VTOL had become trash.
Also for the cons, its rly expensive. over 5 million for a VTOL plane and even the Avenger, which is bigger, has the same VTOL system, has more better guns and can take more rockets, costs about 3,4 million.
One of the best planes for hardest missions in water especially if those missions are terrifying and if the npcs are merryweather, then this plane is recommended for bombing in VTOL mode!!!😂😂 And almost forgot about its JATO thrust that you don't get on most planes but very few like the RM-10 Bombushka

that's not a tail gunner, a tail gunner is at the tail, that's at the waist, its a waist gunner, almost all waist guns have this issue, its realistic.
