Combine AI shenanigans with Sunday Driving: Get a 6+ person car (AchievementMobile?) and get in it with Gavin driving, then call a mugger on him. When he gets mugged and takes the car he's driving, just stay in the car and see where it takes you all.
Yeah, the fire truck 'who's driving?!' incident was what made me think of it, if they can work out how to get that to happen again, maybe all get in as the mugger is getting in it might work.

it really should be a lets fail. not because the turn isnt magical, but because everything they did stopped the ai from being dipshits, rather than encourage it. all the shooting and explosions got emergency vehicles to show up, which blocked or slowed down traffic with their sirens. this turn only works when you just stand beside the road, and watch. which can make for a boring video without editing perhaps, because not every single car that goes through is going to hit the turn all sorts of wrong.
Most fire departments these days have taken over or adapted to the needs of operating at a higher EMS level due to the fact of them being first on the scene with Police units and EMS being third, this way the chances of survival or a patient in critical health is higher

the problem here was you dont NEED to make the ai nervouse for this spot. the ai mess it up all on their own and all the crap they did to "scare them into going faster" actually just wound up blocking traffic with cops, ambulances, and firetrucks. if they would have just waited by the side of the road doing nothing more than talking to eachother, the results would have been MUCH better.

It's probably single player, the npcs act more aggressive in single player, they fucked up the taxi challenge this way too.
