I have the 13 pro max and just recently bought the clear case and silicone. Both are different from one another but for my personal standpoint, I love the clear case over the silicone. 😊

This is a great review that is spot on. I've had the iPhone 14 pro max clear MagSafe case for almost 2 months and it's bad bad slippery. I read on the Mac rumors it would get less slippery over time, no it doesn't. I just ordered a Spigen case to replace it. I had a Spigen on my 12 Pro Max and it was not slippery but it was not MagSafe friendly. Supposedly the new Spigen cases are.

Doesn’t yellow tho. It’s open on the bottom because it’s all the same hard plastic so it has flexibility to take off. Idc what coating they say is on TPU it yellows. Apple went with hard plastic so it won’t yellow. Can’t have it all.
The obvious reason the bottom is open is because it’s a hard shell case. If the bottom was closed the phone would not be able to fit. The reason it’s a hard case is because it’s made from a special material. The softer the material the more likely it will turn yellow
Thanks for the insight but at the end of the day, it’s one of the worst iPhone case I’ve tried haha. Cracked after a few short drops and for the $$$, not worth it. This is coming from someone that owns every Apple product category 😂
Can back to this video since my case has several cracks that were dropped between 1-2 ft, yesterday my phone slipped out my hand since everyone knows how slippery this case is, I had a screen protector and the MagSafe case and cracked right through! I only paid 50 for a case thinking I will never need to buy a new one. I cannot believe apple is selling cases for 50 plus and they break so easy
i don’t know why but i love the apple clear case just because it’s turning yellow VERY slowly! i would say it almost never turn yellow!! well that’s the only good thing about this case though lol😅
As someone who just bought the clear case about 3 weeks ago, the case gets super dusty on the inside very fast and the bottom (next to the speakers in the corners) is loose. Doesn’t fit properly after taking it off and on a couple times to clean the dust.
@@AriffSuffian Yeah, compared to silicone and leather cases, it may as well be ice. Larger hands mitigate that, but it still doesn’t feel that secure. I use a 3rd party massage wallet on the back which helps a bit with the slipping.
I agree. I dropped my phone a couples of times. Which is insane. I purchase cases to protect my phone. Its like buying a case to drop your phone. No use at all.

Yep there’s plenty of cheaper options. I do find that some of them don’t have strong magnets like the original accessories. However, I’m sure it’ll get better haha!
I bought the magsafe case for the 13 pro max and the volume up and down button are hard and the screen lock button is soft I've been using them recently for 2 days, is that normal ?

Its literally the only case I purchase from my iPhones since 13 Pro Max.

The Moft case is the best for me. Grippy and has stronger magnets that Apple’s own cases!
