What happens if the other side is very limited in disclosure, you suspect there is more they are hiding, but you are unable to be highly specific in what documents you require? What then? Also what if there is a disagreement about whether a document is relevant to the case? eg a party refuses to share a document because they argue it is not relevant, when the other party says it is relvant?
