I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra S with over 208,000 miles on it. Never had an issue with the original CVT. I changed the fluid every 60,000 miles as required in the owner’s manual. Nissan is capable to be reliable as Toyota and Honda. You haters should learn how to read a manual and drive a car properly and you won’t have any problems long term.
Nice review Mike! I like seeing some of the lower and middle trim models in these reviews. It’s a little more realistic, for the rest of us who don’t want to spend top dollar lol
Si true. I wanted to see how the lower trim looked because I will be put into one of these for my job. My current work vehicle is sitting at 231,000 miles and this will be my replacement. From a Jeep Patriot to this baby. I can't wait.
I bought a new 2016 from dealer. At approximately 80k miles I began to have serious transmission issues. Nissan just gave me the runaround. No more nissan for me. I will post same comments on all rogue videos
Just GOT A 2021 ROUGE .....Peral white with light interior. Amazingly beautiful..........what a car drives like a dream I looked at the Rav 4 nice car better transmission if your looking to buy long term but a Toyota their transmissions are better for long term but on a lease who cares nothing will go wrong 3 years with this beautiful vehicle...styling is was above the the Rav 4 so happy with my Rouge
Bought mine last night after trading in my 2010 Rogue and man I love the new Rogues. I went with the gun metallic color. The one thing I noticed that's different besides the colors is that mine has a round glossy knob for the drive mode selector. I don't know what's the difference because mine is an S trim also.
I like the vinyl type visors. I honestly wish more automakers would do that. It's much easier to keep clean. And they should do the whole headliner in that material as well!
Coming a Rogue owner myself (2015) this new Rogue has come a long way. I would love take a test drive in one at first wasn't going consider another Rogue if my old one still truly love starts getting unreliable or totaled in accident be buying another one or a Sentra. The 3rd generation looks better than RAV4 in interior features think Nissan must've spent weeks redesigning their bestselling car. Now can't stop thinking of the new Rogue looks nicer while more updated in technology.
Great detailed video on the basic trim level. Love the little hand pointer. Made me laugh for some reason when I saw it. Lol. I didn’t see it, but does is there back seat lights on ceiling? Thanks
Problem with cloth on the door cards is it looks great when brand new, but gets dingy and dirty quick. I also dislike that brown color. Doesn't go with black and grey at all.
Mike, Maybe the rear camera appears dim because the sunshade is affecting that dash sensor that tells the dash lights and display to dim, thinking it's at night and doesn't need the intensity needed during the day.
Great channel guys, I've watched a ton of your vidz. I've narrowed my 2021 choices to the; Rogue, Rav4, CRV, and the CX5. But now I'm stuck. - While the CX5 has the best body, the infotainment system sucks. - The CRV seems like the obvious choice, but its ugly. - The RAV4 is a top rival, but the infotainment system sucks, and its ugly. - The Rogue is what I want, but I'm concerned about spending $45K on a simple vehicle, when I could get a used Lexus for the same price. Information constipation is what I have right now, do you have any advice?
What i do not like from this keyless/Lockless gas fuel door is the safety from vandals. A person can just go to your car in the parking lot and push in a water bottle and put some water in your gas tank. There should be a feature where you can lock the gas door.
Good review. One practical observation about the arm rest design. It's now useful for the back seat riders. Conventionally only the front seat occupants had access to this compartment. You may have not caught that, but nevertheless excellent review!

Drove a rogue for a while, sad to say the car has a ton of features you don’t need and is missing the commonsense features like a rain sensor for the wipers and a number dial to adjust the temperature for heating and air-conditioning. The power is adequate, suspension is nice and soft drives well but that transmission is absolutely crap. The simulated gear changes are just ridiculous not to mention unnecessary. I know it’s a CVT transmission and its fine as is.
THE POINTY Finger 😂😂😂 I died of laughter it’s so cute. I never have watched ur videos before but please keep the pointy finger
🤣🤣🤣 agreed. Cracked me up lmao!
Nissan finally changed the startup chime!! They really went all out for the new Rogue and I love it!!

Im in love with this car
Nissan has done a nice job of packaging on this new Rogue and the squared off shape helps with that.
Best one I"ve seen yet. Impressive production. Please keep doing this.
Nissan amazingly elevated everything for the new Rogue. Now, it has even nicer looking interior and more advanced tech than some premium SUVs.
This Nissan is fun to drive! Good job Mike.
Nice review Mike. I like how even the S trim is a little nicer this time around. Those wheels look sharp.
I think so too!

At what miles did you do the fluid change?

strange UK hasn't had this yet
Thanks very much for reviewing the base model!
Hello.
Why is the muffler already rusty on a new car?))
Good review & great Nissan.
This is the best vedio talking about rogue even i see, thank you
Nice video man. Do more other cars with 4k too. Up up

Great video. BUT no test drive?
The fact that you still have a pointer still lol I love it 😂💛
My daughter is watching this video with me and LOVES the pointer!! Winner winner chicken dinner. 🎉

Cant wait for the redesigned Murano

The cloth seats should have been like the last gen Altima. It felt good and looked a lot better than what the rogue has
Can you change the background wallpaper to black on the driver info screen? It washes out the lower text.
Thanks for the review. Do these have a cover over the cargo area to hide anything stored in the cargo area?
The exhaust has an unusually high amount of rust for a new car.
I believe the rear camera still has plastic protective cover on it,,,reason for dim picture
That would make sense considering it also has haziness to it too
Mike, Maybe the rear camera appears dim because the sunshade is affecting that dash sensor that tells the dash lights and display to dim, thinking it's at night and doesn't need the intensity needed during the day.
I noticed the dim screen before I put up the shade. I know what you mean though... I usually have to adjust the lighting after putting up the shade.
I like the new redesign on it it looks really cool
Great SUV for Boston, New England the whole US, Colombia etc.
Do you know when the 2021 Nissan Rouge Sports model w/leather seats will be available?
No keyless entry? Is it a 1999 model?
So thorough!
I’m lovin my 21 S!
Love the new look just remember to change cvt fluid every 30,000 to 60,000😊
thinking about trading my sentra in for this suv
Very good review but one important mistake, You didn't fold down the rear seats to show the total cargo area..!
23:48
If you turn the car off in drive, will it automatically shift into park?
I'm also 6 feet tall, size 11 shoes, and my car also has that same "bump" in the left foot rest area.
thats a foot rest
Hi Mike... what's your thoughts re: the redesigned Rav4 vs the redesigned Rogue/ X-Trail ?..... How was the power train feeling on both ?
Great review!!

45k? Not for the S model. Idk what the platinum goes for
I'm thinking of buy a used 21' Nissan Rogue.
Love Nissan despite the Hate
first 20 seconds and i already wanna upgrade the exhaust lol

They would have to use a funnel that opened the second internal 'door' in order to put water in the tank.
Yes. Once water is in the initial compartment and you need to gas up, some of the water will go/leak in your gas tank.
@@non-procollecting609 That is true
Great video! I dislike the ArmorAll on the tires.
Very excellent car, this one will be purduce in Taiwan and my family will buy it.
Without USB port at the back seat?
What a ridiculous complaint!
It’s extra
Is it 4WD?
Thanks for reviewing the "S" model!!!!
Is dashboard too bright even in the lowest level at night?
Thanks and good job
Does it have a compass?
Thinking about getting the SL but I got a 2019 murano for more horsepower. Thank you for the review. 👆
My grandma has a 2019 rogue SL with the premium package and it was like 36-38,000$ brand new. and hers is a FWD.

U can get storage items out of that compartment without bothering the driver while sitting in the backseat. I think you're wrong!

Made in Japan?
I don’t think so sadly I know somewhere definitely made in America
Very detail introductions
Looks like rav4 but its cool ..well more expensive than rav .. i like it maybe thinking to get year 2020

What the perfect suv
Tks for the Great review. We are ready to by one now. Can you tell me what shade of white is this one. Also what else is out there.

They did lol
Always awesome Mike 🙂
Is it me or is the stitching really bad?
Especially on the dash and seats
Bagus desainnya kenapa ga ini aja yg masuk Indonesia
Nice
I just don't like the manual seats
The CVT is the biggest Achilles heel on this. Nice to see what a more base level trim level looks like. 😀
If I buy this car it’s your finger that sold me…
i love the old design 2015-17 model than this new one rogue
OMG they are still using CVT transmissions? Hard pass..
