My concern is the machine only comes with a particular size, what if you want to make a different size of block?
only the block mold is changed
you just need to change the mold in same machine.
The loading of the mix, the mixing, the forming of the block and the drying are all done by eye. That makes them highly unreliable, especially if they have no testing standards. To make matters worse, many times those inferior blocks are used incorrectly, with poorly mixed mortar, by unskilled labor and no re enforcing steel bars. Whatever is built that way is a dangerous structure, especially under a stressful load, like a high winds, compression, a moderate earthquake, vibration from roadways and live loads.
Load of every material is measured properly
you are missing a little tractor with a bucket, it would greatly facilitate and speed up the work
и где поддоны? вы что машину грузите и разгружаете не автоматически манипулятором или вилочным погрузчиком? все в ручную? (увидел что складируете просто без деревянных поддонов, хотя у вас с деревом может беда, да даже и без поддонов можно сделать ступени из блоков для захвата пачки)
