- This is an unboxing video on the Levi’s Classic Vintage Fit Sherpa Trucker Jacket which I ordered and purchased from Levi’s USA taking advantage of their 40% discount. This jacket is classic attire for the Winter and Cold Months in any country.
This is my first time to use a Levi’s Sherpa Tricker Jacket.
I love watching your videos. You remind of my late WW2 Veteran father from the way you talk and everything you even had the same hairstyle ✌ 😅 he used to be a levi's fanboy too. And told me stories on how the americans traded levis jeans on anything from the Filipinos, that was wayback 1940s pa. I remembered back in my elementary days, classmates we're asking where did I get these levis from back in the 60s 🤣 because as far as I remembered levis gained there popularity in Philippines noong late 70s na. I was influenced by my father to become a denimhead without it realizing. I still have his vintage levis during pre ww2 pa. Grabe ang bilis ng panahon, parang kailan lang I'm just a child and now a happily retired grandpa na 😅

You have started way back than me with regards to Levi’s or maybe we are at the same age. I think my Mom bought me my first Levi’s when I was 3rd or 4th year year in High School (1967 or 1968) and used them up to College. Yes, those were the good times! Thanks for watching my videos! Admittedly, that one does not look to bad, but a few years ago, l tried on a sherpa jacket in a Levi store, moved a bit, and all the press studs flew open, and the label had made in China on. I have a vintage Levi sherpa, and its quite weighty, some of the new one,s are light as a feather. When your 70 like me, you remember how Levi's used to be 50+ years ago . It's the same with the 501s: l have a few pairs with: MADE IN USA on the label, and when l watch videos of people unpacking their new 501s they don,t compare in any way, to the one,s l have, in fact it's very sad. Today Levi's target the young and trendy for their products, not old dinosaurs like me. I on occasion, walk around a Levi store from time to time: more for amusement than to purchase something lol.
Good observation on the Levi’s products made during the early (50s, 60s, and 80s) as compared as to the new ones. Old dinosaurs like us just smile on the latest ones. Thanks for your comment.
I wonder why only the men's Levi's sherpa denim jackets have an inside pocket but the ones for women don't? I wish mine had a inner pocket😅 btw the jacket look awesome on you!

I have the Levis Trucker Jacket without Serpa, the one that fits me right is the Size Small "Relax" fit. The Size Small "Regular" fit is just too tight in me on the chest. Can you share the measurements of your Size Small Serpa Jacket (shoulder, chest, sleeve and length) since I plan to order one in Amazon. Thanks in advance.
The measurements on the SMALL Levi's SHERPA Jacket is almost the same with the measurement on a Medium "Regular" fit trucker jacket. That is the reason why the XS on the Levi's Sherpa Jacket fits me well because I am Small in the Regular fit Trucker Jacket. Thanks for watching.
I hope I wear my black Levi Sherpa until his age. I just cop me some torn knee 501 I got a western cowboys fit jean Levi and a Levi jean shirt.
