I see this as good but also bad it’s not fair to not give a person milk and give them terrible food expect them to purchase edible food, county jails should have federal guidelines regarding this in a form it is extortion to receive nutrients that a person needs to survive... I was so afraid my first day in prison but then I got a dinner tray got the proper nutrition that I needed I was like forget county overpacked jails that starve people prison is where it’s at haha... never went back weed is legal now so funny locked up for under the influence of weed in prison for a year now weed shop across from cop shop!!! Why not start an incentive program for the inmates? For example, the *Inmate of the Month* program. The top inmate voted by the prison staff, then selected by the warden, will be awarded a Big Mac, large fries, Coke and an ice cream cone (yes, the ice cream machine is working!). They'll behave quickly!
