  • Real talk, if I weren't with my husband, this is what a lot of my grocery shopping trips would look like. I love veggies and rice, he loves meat and potatoes and bread. We compromise with a little of both, but oh man, I don't eat nearly as much rice and veggies as I'd like to...

Dream haul, I love most Asian veggies, especially the mushrooms.

You're moving?! Exciting and hectic! Try Tamari, it's a richer but less salty version of soy sauce; would love an update on the celery juice

I wish H mart is near me. I love those asian mushrooms. Are they for a week and half worth of dinner or breakfast and lunch included? Your list of dishes are so healthy and yummy👍

This wound up feeding us both one meal every day for about a week and a half, plus my breakfast for a few days, plus orange crepes, plus some stuff for the pantry. Veggies are expensive, even when they're cheap.

Are you moving to a different state? If you decide to do another pantry clean out video to get rid of things before moving, I’d be much obliged lol! My grandma (was born and raised in Japan) used to make us sukiyaki growing up (we couldn’t pronounce it when we were kids so it was loving referred to as “skaki”) but I think you have all of the ingredients aside from glass noodles if you’ve never tried it!

Oh, I used to make sukiyaki every Christmas Eve the first 10 years or so after I got back from Japan 😂 I do like it.

Not sure if you have any around you but have you been to a Filipino supermarket like seafood city?
