Hi Farmer Girl Jessie Blessings😀⛩️ thank you for for Farming so we won't go hungry, the thing is the Farmers do all the hard work and the retailers make more than the Farmers. But you are going to be rewarded by God 🙏 One good thing is Al increase comes from God you put seeds in the ground and you water the seeds God do the rest I just love Farmers, I trust you will get a good price for all your crop God Bless you your family and your workers you give away alot I admire you You have a good heart Love and Blessings ❤️🙏💕🙏🙌
If you don't know please Google to find out information on your pumpkins. Know when its the best time to plant , know how to care for them and when it is time to reap. The reason your workers are not listening to you is you are asking too many questions acting as if you don't know what you are doing. The workers will lead when there is no leadership. Great harvest! !!Keep it up!!!!!
Jessie I'm so very proud of you as a young female farmer. Your pickers were very helpful, but please remind them to control the swearing especially while you're recording. Congratulations on your achievements and pray that sales went well. Much blessings 👏👏👍👍
Well done for true for such an achievement Jessie. I wanted to share this video with people I know, but unfortunately can't do so with the swearing; such a shame. JA people need to know you need to limit your swearing on your RUclips videos, or you will be limiting more international Subscribers.
You did well my girl Jessie proud of you so much I wish I was in Jamaica to come and visit u and look on your farm and eat up some of the nicest Jamaica Pumpkin God bless from the United State here 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷
Hi farmer girl Jessie best thing to do is to move the bushes from over the pumkin so they can get the sunlight when the sun comes out if the bush is over and the rain is falling they will all roth
FARMER GIRL JESSIC- I'M FROM THE US, AND ALL THE PUMPKINS I SEEN,WAS THE COLOR ORANGE- NEVER SEEN GREEN,OR GREEN AND WHITE STRIPED PUMPKINS- BEFORE,SO THANKS SHOWING ME THERE'S MORE THAN ONE KIND OF PUMPKIN!
It was a pleasure to w as tch your video and to see that there are still people that toil and till the land. Stay positive, be encourage, you and your crew. Be blessed my sista.
Pumpkins are ready when the tendril (the spring looking thing) attached to it dries up. This never fails me. And yes, you have so many different types of pumpkins. Don't break the stem. A pumpkin can store well up to 6 months if the stem is left in. If you are worried about selling them all, you can harvest and store. They refer to pumpkins as winter squash in the North because they harvest them in summer, store and eat them in winter. I've stored intact pumpkins for months in Jamaica and when I cut it, it's like it was picked yesterday. The flavour also gets sweeter with storage.
You’re speaking facts. My Mom plant pumpkin one time and I don’t remember what happened and she picked the pumpkins gave away some and kept one for a couple of months before she cut it.
Jessie, it's not about the overall look of the pumpkin to know when it's full, but one should look at the stem & the "cork screen". When the stem has started to turn yellow or already yellow, it's full & when the "cork screw" has started to turn dry or already dry, then it's full. Have a good day !!
You were right about the first pumpkin. It needed a few days more to a week or two before picking. Very impressive work. If only most people know the nutritious value and uses of pumpkin in various ways as in porridge, drinks, pudding rather than the ceremonious pepper pot as well as pumpkin soup. Respect🤜🏿🤛🏿.
You can build a place with bamboo and store the pumpkins for months as long as they are in a dry place. To tell when the pumpkins are ready, the leaves close to the stems are dried up.
The rain spoil some of mine to especially the big ones them easy to spoil u can pick the pumpkin and put them on pallet board and it will stay there and drain out and get dry dont felt them out in the rain.
Good morning 🚜Farmer Girl Jessie. 👨🌾. Greetings from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦. Best of luck with your Farmer 👩🌾Girl Jessie. Continuous blessings 🙌🙏✨. Stay safe 🙏

Your land is so fertile, good for the plants that you want to grow but not so good for the weeds ! I love your accents guys and the way that you seem to enjoy working together. I've never eaten pumpkin although I think I've had pumpkin soup. All in all, it seems like a good crop. How were they planted ? there doesn't seem to be any drills / lines so it seems like a treasure hunt when harvesting them. Are there plants from previous crops mixed in there or are those just weeds ? Keep up the hard work and hang in there. Farming is a very un-certain industry, with prices fluctuating so much.
