    Prof. Josephine Dionisio
    PROF. JOSEPHINE DIONISIO is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, University of the Philippines Diliman. She has also been serving as the Chair of the Student Disciplinary Council since September 2014 and as an Associate Member at the National Research Council of the Philippines since 2006.
    She is currently working on her dissertation, Comprehensive Examinations: Social Inequality; Political Sociology (Social Movements), for her doctoral degree in Sociology at McMaster University, Ontario, Canada.
    She has been involved in many lectures, seminars, workshops, and conferences, and has undergone several post-graduate trainings both locally and abroad which helped her produce numerous papers, articles, and researches as an expert in the field of sociology, and become a recipient of several grants and awards such as the Ontario Graduate Scholarship, General Education Professorial Chair Award, CHED Thesis Grant, Kasarinlan Writing Grant, and UP Diamond Jubilee Faculty Grant.

    This is very helpful. Weeks of discussions were explained clearly in less than 30 minutes or so. Sana lahat ng SAS instructors would learn from how Prof. Dionisio explain the concepts.

    It was a fantastic topic ever. As a Social science instructor, i was able to relate to the idea of the speaker, it is also another learning to know. i may able to share to my students. i really like the presentation. it was so clear and organize.

    I wish the powerpoint wasn't positioned like that. It makes it so hard to read. :(
