Don’t know if it’s the same with you but I’ve been to a few charity shops in different towns and they seem to be checking prices on EBay now! I genuinely asked for a price of something once and the lady went “I’ll just check how much it goes for on eBay”, don’t know why they do this but it’s made it hard to get good stock and obviously hurt their sales as I won’t pick up as much

How do you deal with low feedback buyers and people claiming delivered items as not delivered even though the tracking has marked it as delivered? Been having a couple of people recently claiming items not delivered recently when the tracking shows it marked as delivered.

If tracking shows delivered and it sold on ebay they will side with the seller 100% of the time.
I get this as well, in most cesses the parcel has been left with a neighbour but have not put a card through to let them know where the parcel is.
If it shows as delivered then there's nothing to worry about ebay will side you everytime, if they leave negative feedback ebay will also remove it.
