Granulation, extrusion and Spheronization with the Caleva Multi Lab

The Caleva Multi Lab (CML) incorporates a high shear mixer/granulator, an extruder and a spheronizer within a single compact and robust bench top unit. The CML can reduce the time it takes to complete trials by 50%, extrude at different densities all whilst reducing the amount of required bench-top space due to its small footprint.
The smallest possible batch sizes are 10 to 50 grams (product dependant) saving on product usage and cost whilst remaining fully scalable.
The extrusion attachment has a range of extruder screws and dies with different properties to be appropriate for the widest range of products and your objectives.
The spheronization attachment can use a range of different disc patterns to create the optimum spheronization action for specific formulations.
